let me give a simple analogy :

you are waiting for a train at an LRT or KTM or Monorel or ERL station . When the train arrives , the minute the doors are open you must hop in .

lambat sesaat , makan asap .

as simple as that . well , if you really want to do it in the first place , you will do it anyway . only doubtful people procastinate the change they wish they'd made.
